No, it wasn't a crazy thing to do, neither dangerous. It was just a good opportunity to cycle on fresh flat asphalt along the on-construction highway sector close to Ploiesti. Between Barcanesti and Antofiloaia I've experienced the high (intensity of my cycling) way :)
